Our Robomat Robotic Loader will take product from conveyors or hoppers and can delivery it to a staging station. Then orient the parts and present them to a 6 axis robot that will visually inspect the product and if good pick and place the product in groups of 10 into a package. The package could be a form, fill, and seal machine, flow wrapper machines, trays, cartons, and/or cases. If the parts are bad they could be automatically rejected. After the good product is in the package it can also be set up to take the product from the packaging machine and robotically case pack the package.
