Polymag® features a Process Roll Cleaner that mounts on a machine frame to clean the designated process roll. Condensate or oligomer removal is accomplished simply and effectively by engaging a nonabrasive fabric with the surface of the process roll. The fabric is advanced periodically at a controlled rate and frequency. The operating sequence brings clean, absorbent fabric into contact with the process roll and simultaneously carries away condensate and contamination that can harm the roll or substrate. The Process Roll Cleaner’s microprocessor can be programmed to optimize the cleaning sequence and minimize cloth consumption. Most importantly, you control the Process Roll Cleaner to meet your specific process operating conditions.
