Hudson-Sharp's NTR 800 net-to-roll machine is available for the production of combined net/poly film for vertical form-fill-sealing of fruits and vegetables. The NTR 800 machine longitudinally seals poly net to printed poly film at speeds of up to 120 meters per minute. The four continuous motion sealing heads are designed with special temperature controls which work in proportion to machine speed. This provides consistent seals even at start-up and slowdown.
