Product Name:   ProBlue(R) Fulfill Adhesive System

The ProBlue Fulfill system eliminates hands-on refilling of melter tanks by automatically maintaining desired adhesive levels in the
tank. The system adds adhesive to the sealed tank, reducing the possibility of adhesive char, contaminants, thermal shock and incorrect adhesive temperatures that result in poor bonding.
A capacitance sensor detects low adhesive levels and sends a signal to the system control. The signal activates a suction lance placed in the supplied bulk adhesive container. Using vacuum,
adhesive is drawn from the bulk container and conveyed to the melter tank. The system conveys adhesive in the shape of pellets,
pastilles and mini-slats. A vibrator on the suction lance prevents adhesive bridging.
The ProBlue Fulfill system is ideal for production environments that require a dependable, automated adhesive supply system integrated in the melter. Installation is simple and can be
