The feed system operates by allowing the solid dose (dry) products to be randomly fed into a tray, and through the tray movement, the tablets are oriented in an upright position and introduced into the individual fill tubes. A twin shuttle system with pins only releases a single product, via a dropchute, into the blister cavity. All product contact parts are FDA approved and easy to clean. The main characteristics are:

The Compact Frames are installed onto intermittent motion low and medium and continuous motion blister packers. The frame is installed onto the machine bedtracks. Two (2) models available to fit your forming index.
