VCP-120 series Top-Load Case Packer with Case Erector and Sealer For Sanitary Wash-Down Environments. Delkor’s VCP-120 utilizes the proven two servo technology of the Delkor SPOT-PAK® loader for positive but gentle loading. The modular design allows for the erecting of the corrugate blank via tape or glue, laning of the product, loading of the product and closing of the case with tape or glue.

With speeds up to 20 cases per minute, this Allen Bradley controlled system is perfect for the loading of cups, bottles, tubs, cartons, etc. Some of the many features of the VCP-120 include;

• Proven two servo / belt loader for gentle but precise product loading
• Standard stainless steel construction
• AB Control Logix controls and AB Panelview HMI for user friendly operation
• Modular design allows for adding adhesive or tape erector and closer
