The PicRite systems is perfectly suited to applications with large numbers of fast-moving SKUs that must be picked into order cartons. The system highlights each product location and displays the quantity to picked for each carton. Individual pieces, packs and cases may be picked via this method.

Host Interface A wide variety of Host interfaces are available to link the PicRite System to your Host, Warehouse Management System or Order Management System. Order downloads and status uploads are processed immediately.
Light Module Technology All modules include a microprocessor, bright easy-to see LED displays, and durable tactile pushbutton switches. All components selected for continuous heavy-duty use.
Bay Information Display Modules Mounted in each zone or bay, the BID includes an eight-position alphanumeric LED display for order number and instructional messages, a beacon to highlight bay activity, a Next Carton induction switch, and an audible alert.
Pick Quantity Display Modules Mounted at each pick location, the PQD includes four, six, or eight position pick quantity LED displays, a Complete switch, and a Short switch. A Multi-color display, alphanumeric display, beacon, and/or Lot switch can be added to suit your operation.
