Trinamics TR2500WA Wrap Around Case packer is the newest addition to compliment the Trinamics Packaging Machine family. Combining case erecting and case packing into a compact and reliable packaging center. The small footprint of the TR2500WA provides for utilization of minimal floorspace and with the servo driven technology built into the TR2500WA Wrap Around, significant corrugate savings can also be realized.

Speeds and Case Sizes The TR2500WA Wrap Around is rated at speeds of 20+ cases per minute on a single or multi layer case format in a wide variety of case sizes. 72" case blank magazine with powered apron chain with a magazine storage capacity of approx. 350 case blanks.
Frame and Components Heavy-duty stainless steel frame. Anodized aluminum upper frame components. High Speed pick and place transfer with Allen Bradley Servos, Apex Gear head, Festo pneumatics. Drive shaft, spline shafts, contact parts are stainless steel.
Other Features Stainless steel guard package with operator access doors of clear Lexan, magnetic safety interlocks and safety relay. Allen Bradley PLC for machine control functions. Virtually tool-less changeover features. Nordson hotmelt sealing units.
