The TR3500CET is just one of many in the Trinamics Case Erector series, designed with excellence in innovation, flexibility, rugged strength and the high quality required by today’s packagers. The TR3500CET is a fully automatic Case Erector producing cases on demand to supply downstream equipment, or as a free-standing system to supply erected, sealed boxes as required.

  

Technical Specs  
Standard Features Compact in size, standard models include 72" large capacity magazine with 36" magazine a standard feature on Economy models.User friendly features and quick changeovers in under 10 minutes. Safety features include interlocked clear Lexan® guarding.
Standard Features No lifting, no bending, cases stand on edge. Magazine is hydraulically raise or lowered with no effort. Case magazine is powered to index blanks forward to the pick-off assembly. Large diameter vacuum cups assure positive case pick-off.
Standard Features Highly efficient linear transfer indexes blank into the opening location. Front/back panels are held firm with vacuum cups to provide 100% positive opening. A positive 90° rotary actuator and vacuum arm pulls the case open in the upright position.
Standard Features Case is opened in line with flow and “L” shaping is not possible. Heavy-duty ribbed horizontal transfer belts convey the erected case through closing and taping. Large handwheel cranks provide rapid changeover.
Standard Features Trinamics Case Erector series is capable of erecting cases at rates from 20 to 60 cases per minute. 230 Volt, 3 phase, 15 Amp. NEMA 12 Enclosure, unless specified otherwise.
Case Specifications Minimum Case Size: L 5", W 3 1/2", H 2". Maximum Knockdown size of 42".
