Effective modeling helps take the “guesswork” out of design initiatives by allowing “what if” scenarios to be examined and evaluated early in the process. We have developed a Robust Suite of Modeling and Simulation Services that allow us to predict outcomes and create effective designs. We can make estimates of line operating efficiency, identify design “pinch points”, and evaluate the performance of new or existing lines. The Emulation capability allows us to build a model of the system and test and de-bug the controls software off-site, in our office, before the physical equipment is even installed. As a result start-ups are faster and there is less time spent in the field or testing and re-writing code under pressure. We can apply our emulation capability to the process, packaging, and material handling aspects of a manufacturing facility. Using this tool, we can drive the line at peak loads and test systems at the upper limit of the design.
