The C 2205 Cartoner is a continuous motion cartoner for the flexible packaging of small and medium sized batches. Convincing attributes include the GMP and pharmaceutically compliant cantilever design with stainless steel interior surfaces. The modular structure for subsequent upgrading of separate stations, as well as the consistent separation of the drive elements and operating assemblies contribute to the cGMP design. Thanks to the patented carton feeders TwinStar and TriStar, the cartoner offers uniform top quality and productivity - not only under ideal production conditions but also when cartons of critical quality are processed.
The 5" pitch Cartoner C 2205 is designed for a maximum output of 250 cartons/minute with an option of up to 300 cartons/minute. The machine packages blisters, bottles, vials, wallets, plastic containers, ampoules, pens for powder, pens for liquids, pens for tablets, inhalers, bags, syringes and medical devices as well as additional pharmaceutical utensils such as measuring spoons or pipettes, and various forms of information material. No matter what the carton should contain - there is practically not limit to the technical solutions.
