The C2304 super-flexible cartoner was designed specifically for high-speed performance & versatile applications such as bottles, ampules, blisters, tubes, syringes, and more. Uhlmann C2304 Cartoner, which is capable of producing up to 350 cartons per minute, provides > 12 new safety & product control features, including InstaTec, DialJust, and DataJust. Systems work in conjunction to guarantee instantly reproducible machine settings & instant start-up following tool changeover. Downtime is greatly reduced. All peripheral data concerning products & formats are stored in memory of PACMATION®, highly sophisticated computer system that provides the C2304 with unique man-machine communication & control capabilities. At hub of C2304 is patented carton feeder Uhlmann calls TwinStar. TwinStar is dual, rotary carton pickup & erection system w/ individual mechanical pre-breaking for positive carton feeding on constant motion carton chain.
