ITW Mima hand wrap films are designed for manual pallet wrapping applications. They feature excellent strength and holding characteristics at economical prices. The films can be applied with a variety of applicator tools or straight from the roll. StrengthWrap M TM StrengthWrap M is a totally unique hand wrap film which offers many of the same benefits of power prestretched film without the expense of a sophisticates wrapping machine. Thanks to a patented manufacturing process, StrengthWrap M not only holds loads together better than conventional hand wrap, it’s also much easier to apply. Stretch wrapping personnel need not pull and stretch the film while wrapping, just pull StrengthWrap M until it’s ’snug’ and the load is effectively unitized. The cling properties of StrengthWrap M assure that the film tails will stick to the load. StrengthWrap M typically costs less per foot than most traditional hand wrap films and compares well with conventional hand films on a cost per load basis. Conventional hand wrap film can lose 10% to 25% of its width while StrengthWrap M necks down just 3% to 5% at similar wrap forces. Less width reduction means you’ll wrap faster (less trips around the load) and use up to 70% less film. Strengthened in process. Stiffer and stronger than conventional "soft" hand wrap films. High resistance to stretch for superior load retention and minimum width reduction. Less film required to hold loads together for the lowest hand wrapping cost per load. Patented hemmed edges resist tears.
