The 25,000 Case/Tray Packers will automatically pack containers of various shapes into trays or cartons. These machines will erect a carton, load the product, and seal the carton with either hot melt glue or tape. Heisler Case/Tray Packers are used in the paint industry to pack gallon, quart, pint and half pint containers. They are also utilized in industries - such as petroleum, chemical and food - which pack round and rectangular cans, jugs and other types of containers. When packing one gallon paint cans, our standard machine accurately orients the handles on the cans at a 45° angle, into the corners of the carton. This protects the cans and handles from damage and creates a uniform square package.
