The Traversing Lid Press is a fully automatic machine. The container moves to the compression section where (by downward pressure and traversing press) the lid is securely compressed on the container. Becuase of this unique design the containers do not have to be stopped for closure. This ensures smooth movement with no spillage and the ability to close "back to back" containers.
