FastBack horizontal motion conveyors gently move product through the system and reduce breakage up to 60% compared to vibratory conveying. Equipped with automatic Revolution rotary gates, the conveyors distribute a different portion of the main product supply to each weigher/bagmaker station without “starving” downstream equipment. Unlike slide gates, the cylindrical Revolution gate has no pinch points to cause product damage or injuries. Revolution’s leak-proof design helps prevent product cross-contamination. Rugged and simple, the Revolution gate uses no maintenance-intensive pneumatics or solenoids, and can be removed by hand for cleaning.
