The SKID-LOCK® UNITIZING SYSTEM is a unique system designed to increase the stability of unitized pallet loads. This results in the reduction or elimination of stretch wrap, strapping, and corner boards. Savings of 50% or more are possible, with reduced labor and source reduction of packaging materials, helping to preserve our environment! STABILIZE PALLET LOADS! REDUCE SOLID WASTE! The SKID-LOCK® UNITIZING SYSTEM consists of: A water based Food Packaging Adhesive applied on the top of each item that is stacked on a pallet or slip sheet. A bond forms that is high in shear strength (to hold during the side-to-side motion encountered during transportation) and low in tensile strength (up-and-down).
