The Infinity Series Accumulators offer a revolutionary change in the field of accumulating and buffering of high-speed packaging lines. The unit has as an integral part of its design, a single-filer that provides a constant stream of product to the downstream machines and your choice of single-file out feed or multiple-lane out feed in divided rows or en masse. It stores containers using an infinite loop storage system, which re-circulates the product until it is ready to be accepted by the downstream operation. The movement of the product relative to the chain is a simple side transfer from one chain to another; affording amazing stability, never bumping into one another, never causing any damaging backpressure, and allowing a first in first out product flow. It will store any container that is round, square, or tapered; glass, PET, HDPE; poly propylene, aluminum, or steel. Placed in the proper location, the Infinity Series can increase your total throughput by as much as 40%.
