INNO-LOK® pre-zippered film is a patented product and method for attaching reclosable fasteners to form, fill, and seal packaging films. The reclosable fasteners are pre-applied to the roll stock by the film converter, greatly reducing packaging waste. Pre-zippered roll stock does not reduce cycle rates or output of the filling equipment. The zipper is pre-applied transverse to the edges of the film and does not infringe the seal area of the bag or pouch. This application eliminates zipper distortion and leaking, which can occur during the heat-sealing process with traditional zippers. Moisture barrier and peel seal applications, which offer additional barrier protection along with our new bag top zipper design, are also available. Some applications may require a minor modification at the forming collar on the F/F/S filling machine.

Package opening styles include front panel thumb tab, front panel pull tab, bag top, and the latest innovation, Pour & Lok(TM) side gusseted pour spout.
