The Model 1303 Exterior Vial Washer is used for rinsing the exterior of vials after filling and prior to final packaging. It features a unique neck suspension that assures complete access to the base of the vials for rinsing and drying. It's straight line design eliminates the need for adjustable air/water nozzles or dedicated parts. Our design of overlapping spray patterns assure that all surfaces are rinsed and dried. The system has been designed to rinse up to 300 vials per minute.
