TLU system offers a custom-tailored wrap for every tray size, while automatic film selection saves time and money. Two film arbors hold roll sizes to suit your mix of trays. Pre-programmed two-speed operation permits products rates of 30 and 21 packages per minute, according to tray size. Speeds are automatically set to accommodate less stable trays. Easily integrated with METTLER-TOLEDO scales and labelers. Systems are available in several integrated configurations, offering the high-volume/high-speed customer an alternative to larger footprint systems. Six available configurations of infeed and exit direction mean the Workhorse® can fit any production line layout requirement, and scale/labeler integration adds numerous attractive system options.
