Dyco Auto-Packers accumulate containers into an array and seal the array on all four sides utilizing flat sheet film. The array, now fully sealed in film, is picked up by an automatic stacker and placed on a stack; accumulating multiple bundles on a stack with multiple stack locations. Once the stack is full the operator removes the stack of bundles and resets that stack location. Containers infeed on a table-top conveyor or deadslide. Containers are side-indexed into an accumulation chamber. Square and rectangular containers are accumulated in an in-line array; round containers are nested into the array utilizing a modulating back stop and slice-off counting system for each row. Once the containers are accumulated into an array, the array is pushed into a wall of sheet type film. As the array is pushed the film wraps around the array and is sealed and separated on the back side of the array forming the wall of film for the next array.
