The AERGO 8 is another machine in the new line of AERGO Sealing Machines. It automatically fills and seals up to 45,000 packages per shift at maximum rate of 24 cycles per minute. It has four product load stations that provides ample work are for multiple operators. The Modular magazines are easily installed, then quickly removed once a project is complete. Each of these modular magazines occupies space on the turntable . Blisters feed automatically into the 12"x18" nesting trays, the operator then loads the products into the blisters (standard) or the various modular magazines then automatically feeds inserts and blisters (this is optional) The AEGO 8 places the cards face down on the blisters, the packages are then automatically sealed and the finally the packages are automatically ejected. It has been ergonomically advanced with an operator footrest, perimeter reload stations and a 36" turntable height.
