The Aergo 2 Plus is Alloyd's redesigned Two Station Shuttle sealing machine for sealing medical trays and lids; and the commercial sealing of blister packaging. Simple to operate, the Aergo 2 Plus has been redesigned to offer ergonomic features like an optimized product load table height, shorter shuttle travel that reduces the distance an operator pushes the shuttle bed, an improved tray detent system to reduce lid movement, and optional anti-fatigue mat and optional sit/stand stool. Maintenance has been simplified with a lower anvil position that makes tooling changes easier, and Alloyd Armor Coating on the shuttle bed for easier wipe down. Improved digital controls have been enhanced with Category 3 Circuits and an improved Contact Dwell timer. The seal area is 12" x 18.5".
