The Pinch Series Fillers are timed flow volumetric fillers designed to fill water thin liquids to oils and creams. All the contact parts can be easily cleaned and are autoclavable which makes these filling machines ideal for the medical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and specialty industries. The Pinch Filler comes complete with a fully adjustable stainless steel stand, six stainless steel nozzles, microprocessor timing clock, and a pump, and can easily be made fully automatic with and ABI. The Pinch filling system can fill up to 60 containers per minute depending on container size and product viscosity. Pinch fillers are designed to fill containers between .5oz. and 64oz. In addition to being used as the center of your filling operation, the Pinch filler can also be and inexpensive back up filling machine, or an alternative to using contract packagers, eliminating the cost of down time and expensive set up for small filling runs. The ease of operation makes it easy to use and affordable. Available in two different models. Pinch-25 and the Pinch-50
