October 15, 2008 - Single-head Sleever Series Model 8300 shrink labeling system from Label-Aire, Fullerton, CA, handles tamper-evident, overall, middle, full-body sleeves made of traditional or biodegradable film. Designed to operate at speeds of up to 250 products/minute, easy-to-operate labeler accepts many container shapes, product widths ranging from 1.1 to 4.6 inches (27.0 to 117.5 millimetres). Patented cutting assembly ensures high productivity, long blade life. Other features of economical unit include programmable logic control, touch screen operator interface, stainless steel/anodized aluminum construction, stepper drive technology.
