Most competitors’ equipment has difficulty with dusty powders in the dosing cycle of the machine in excess of 40 cycles per minute. The problem ….. seal contamination due to particulates and fines in the end seals. The result…..vacuum seal test failure. Through ongoing research and development we have set a new standard for dusty powder cycle rates…..60 cycles per minute. We have proven our latest development in the pharmaceutical market and have achieved seal integrity under the most rigorous vacuum seal test requirements.

The secret is our precision vacuum cyclic control in our new fill tube design. The design allows for accurate removal of dust and powder fines in the end sealing cycle of the forming process. Timing is critical and we have the controls to do the job.

Ropak Manufacturing has continued to improve the multi-lane stick pack machine to keep up with the ever changing market demand of powders to be packaged in the stick pack format. We have expanded on our current servo motion control technology for volumetric filling for multi-lane machines and have now utilized this technology for these difficult dosing requirements.

Operator Touch Screen Control:

On the touch screen controls the operator can set the initial fill weight for all 10 lanes with one input. If needed, the operator can adjust the weight of any lane as required. Once the weight is matched across all 10 lanes simply save the settings to a named recipe….and you did not use the first tool - and you did it in less time than it took to read this paragraph !
