NEW AT PACK EXPO! Ideal for the pharmaceutical and food industries, Thiele’s fully automatic Z-Pro Clean Design Casepacker handles wraparound, tray or KD cases at speeds of up to 18 cases per minute. The Z-Pro allows for quick cleaning and monitoring of products while running as well as during changeovers.

The Z-Pro’s small footprint adds versatility and convenience, while its stainless steel construction makes it suitable for wash down or corrosive environments. Full-length access doors provide easy access to all areas of the machine, preventing potential back injuries to operators and maintenance personnel.

The system features PLC control for all timing functions of the machine for trouble-free performance and real-time data acquisition, so operators and management have complete access to production efficiency data.
