Thiele Technologies’ PSC ServoCartoner provides state-of-the-art cartoning for a wide range of personal care products. The PSC ServoCartoner offers speeds up to 400 cartons per minute and one of the most compact footprints in its class. The drop-through design for improper product, cartons, or literature improves product and material reconciliation, which leads to improved packaging line efficiencies.

The PSC ServoCartoner, with a complete servo motor drive system, offers unmatched speed, flexibility, and ease of adjustment. Literature can be easily integrated, whether it is sheet fed, rollstock fed, or pre-folded, and no-tool adjustment makes changeovers fast and efficient. The low profile design, featuring an innovative guarding system with a 16” maximum reach, provides an expanded level of safety, plus easier operation. In addition, NEMA 12 wiring and enclosures are standard, with UL panels and NEMA 4X electrical packages available as options.

Additional features include an Allen-Bradley PLC that interfaces with a touch-screen diagnostic panel assuring digitally precise accountability. Optional features include PC control (replacing the PLC), barcode verification, open flap inspection/rejection, and QC program sampling.
