Thiele Technologies’ case packers feature reliable patented case set-up and servo/mechanical drive systems, loaders, and infeeds for high speed, dependable, and precise operation. Available in a variety of styles, Thiele case packers are economical, automatic case packaging systems that are versatile enough to handle a variety of frozen food products ranging from frozen entrees to frozen vegetables and frozen novelties at speeds up to 80 cases per minute.

Thiele’s case packer includes a unique patented low-profile case magazine. This type of ergonomic design makes case loading easier, more efficient, and more user-friendly. Computerized controls enable Thiele case packers to be fully integrated into all packaging lines.

Tray, wraparound, knockdown, and display case styles can be efficiently handled. Additionally, servo/mechanical systems promote longer component life, faster changeovers, more reliable timing, and positive case control.
