Thiele's New Master® Robotic Case Palletizer Is The Fastest Robot In Its Class

Thiele Technologies’ introduces the Master® Robotic Case Palletizer - an integrated solution comprising an industrial robot, a controller, a programming unit, gripping tools, pallet locator guard package, and pallet pattern software. The Master Robotic Case Palletizer is capable of handling single or multiple products, mixed loads, highly complex stacking patterns, multiple pallet stations, automatic tool changes, and harsh industrial environments.

The Master Robotic Case Palletizer is optimized for fast point-to-point movement and is capable of more than 1,200 palletizing cycles per hour, providing improved performance over both long and short cycles. The main boom is counterweighted, resulting in soft movements and reduced energy consumption. Additionally, each movement is controlled by energy- efficient AC servo drives that distribute power between motors which reduces power supply consumption.

The Master Robotic Case Palletizer also features the ABB newly-patented S4C Robot Controller allowing programming by use of a handheld teach pendant. Optimized robot drive-trains and QuickMove™ functions offering a cycle time advantage of 25-30% make the Master Robotic Case Palletizer the fastest robot in its class.
