Thiele Technologies’ new Master 3500 Palletizer features Thiele’s characteristic rugged durability and the latest innovations in servo technology. With a color touchscreen and built-in diagnostics, this high-speed automatic bag palletizing system is designed to improve operating efficiency. The Master 3500 runs bags ranging from 15-120 lbs. and 3,4,5,6,7,8 & 10 bag patterns. Bag sizes can range from 10"-23" W. to 20"-40" L. and hold a wide variety of products including earth products (clays, minerals, boric acid, talc, refractories, stone, sand, silica, and more), food products (rice, blended flours, sugar, starch, cocoa, spices, seasonings, bakery mixes, food additives, and more), detergents, seeds, feeds, grains, industrial inorganic and organic chemicals, plastic resins, insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, and adhesives.

The Master 3500 uses a no-weld laser cut bag plate on a servo-driven turning device, which allows for precise bag placement by ramping up to speed and then smoothly decelerating to prevent over rotation of bags. A servo-operated layer pusher is used to form consistent layer patterns. Servo motion control eliminates the need for sensors and their associated adjustments. These features work together to allow production speeds that are faster than competitive models.

A new main panel touchscreen features complete access to integrated controls and graphic pallet load information. A secondary touchscreen is located at floor level adjacent to the pallet dispenser for easy operator access to control and troubleshooting functions. Competitive products only have one operator screen, making the Master 3500 much more operator-friendly.

Distributive I/O reduces multiple individual wires to a primary communications cable, increasing reliability and reducing downtime. New non-corrosive squaring plates improve overall performance for quick and accurate bag arrangement.
