Thiele Technologies Introduces New XJX Integral Sealer

Thiele Technologies introduces the new XJX Integral PBOM Sealer, available with UltraStar, OmniStar, and PolyStar bagging machines. The XJX sealer, which will debut at Pack Expo 2002 in November on Thiele’s latest all-servo UltraStar, effectively decreases overall maintenance while increasing output quality.

The integral sealer utilizes a unified drive system, which synchronizes bagger exit, sealer, and sealer conveyor speeds while eliminating the need for a separate sealing conveyor. The integral sealer also offers positive belt alignment for smooth, consistent bag transfer.

The XJX promotes a simple and effective cleanout process. Utilizing pushbutton convenience, the sealer section is opened and the folder blade moved which provides operators complete, easy access. Additionally, the folder blade and heater nozzle can be removed without the use of tools.

Speeds up to 150 feet per minute can be achieved, enhancing the production capabilities of the UltraStar, OmniStar, and PolyStar product lines. The XJX also offers improved heater performance, resulting in faster warm-up times and increased production due to the quick recovery following changeover.
