It is with pleasure that I announce that Transparent Packaging Industries Inc. has acquired the assets of Sicht-Pack Hagner’s Canadian plastic box manufacturing facility. Sicht-Pack Hagner was Canada’s largest manufacturer of plastic folding cartons, working with PVC, PET and Polypropylene.

Combining the two companies gives us the most versatile and technologically advanced plastic box converting capabilities in North America.

Previous Sicht-Pack clients can now source additional products such as thermoformed trays, clamshells and contract packaging with us. Clients of Hamilton based Transparent Packaging will benefit from the increased speed to market and cost efficiency provided by the in house printing of the Montreal facility, as well as the market leading PET and Polypropylene converting technologies developed by Sicht-Pack.
