Breakthrough in stretch sleeve technology! 30% stretchability for shaped bottles and jars in glass and plastic! Ideal for dairy products! Can be used in hot-fill applications!

The new ‘Triple S’ Super Stretch Sleeve is manufactured in LDPE (low density polypropylene) and features advanced technology that allows stretchability up to 30%. Whereas conventional stretch sleeves are generally only suitable for straight wall containers, the Triple S is able to mould into the contours of a shaped bottle or jar without the need for heat or glue application.

The sleeve can be applied to PET, HDPE and glass containers and is suitable for hot fill. Applications include dairy products, juices, energy drinks and other carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks.

Available in clear and white LDPE, the Triple S can be flexo printed in up to 10 colours with full 360° coverage of the container to maximise individual product branding. Decoration options include reverse printing, anti-scuffing properties, and hi-gloss, metallic, UV and afterglow finishes. The material is also water resistant.
