PMMI Kicks Off 2008 Sales Training
Next up: Managing Sales Forces

PMMI this month kicked off the year’s sales training opportunities for members with “Two Days to Superior Sales ” in Tampa, Fla. Sales expert Matthew Neuberger, well-known to PMMI members for his results-driven seminars, is partnering with the association to create the year’s sales training seminar series.

“The January 17-18 session laid the groundwork. Next, we’re helping managers make the most of their newly-trained sales reps,” said Matt Croson, vice president of communications and member services, PMMI.

In February, PMMI will introduce “Strategic Sales Management Development ” (February 21–22, Tampa), a course specifically designed to support the sales process Neuberger teaches in the PMMI sessions.

“The course is a comprehensive guide for managers who oversee sales reps. It will cover recruiting and hiring, leading your people to success and managing your sales team. It’s ideal for managers who oversee and direct a sales force or manufacturer reps and agents,” Croson said.

“Strategic Sales Management Development” meets at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore in Tampa, Fla. Seminar registration  is $500 and includes meals, training and course materials.

“All of the PMMI’s 2008 Sales Training sessions, including PACK EXPO Sales University, are designed to give PMMI members the advantage they need in our extremely competitive marketplace,” Croson added.

The year’s series includes “Two Days to Superior Selling,” “Technical Team — Professional Advantage,” “Advanced Selling Concepts,” Strategic Sales Management,” and PACK EXPO Sales University. Details and registration are available online  here.
