WeighPack Introduces the New Swifty Bagger

WeighPack Systems Inc. (WeighPack) is proud to introduce the new Swifty Bagger designed for pre-made stand up bags. This bagger is a versatile resource for the food and non-food industries, easily packaging a variety of products including snack foods, frozen produce, powders and more.

The new Swifty Bagger is simple to use and effortless to clean, with a quick changeover time, increasing both production flexibility and productivity.

Equipped to handle pre-made zippered and non-zippered bag sizes from 3.5” to 8” wide and from 5” to 11” in length, the Swifty Bagger can run at speeds of up to 100 cycles per minute depending on the model.

Requiring a manual operator to load the bag magazine, the Swifty Bagger then automatically takes the bag from the delivery station, positioning it to be opened, filled, flattened and sealed before discharging it at the other end.

Options such as code dating, bag deflating, hole punching and corner or center capping are available to meet any customer’s specific requirement.

User-friendly in design, the Swifty Bagger is equipped with a flat color touch screen control panel offering an intuitive user interface that is easy to learn and easy to use. WeighPack supplies various dosing equipment that, when integrated with the bagger, results in a complete dosing/filling/closing system.
