Robotic Packer for Dairy Cartons

Sabel has introduced a new product line of robotic case packers for gable top dairy cartons.

Using a Fanuc Food Grade Robot, this machine packs dairy cartons at speeds up to 140 products per minute. The machine provides versatility to pack 8 different size cartons & case patterns with a simple 10 minute changeover. Custom designed grippers are used to load the cartons into cases. Case indexing and product collation is servo driven. Wash down construction is standard on this model.
