NEW PRODUCT BULLETIN: Sabel Engineering has developed the first GEN3 bottom loading case packer. Designed from the ground up with all servo driven motions, the new SE-GEN3 provides the ultimate in efficiency, reliability and accessibility. The SE-GEN3 provides: ·\tCompact modular design ·\tLess mechanical parts, simplified design ·\tMotion and logic control integrated into one processor ·\tFast, repeatable no-tool changeover ·\tWide open access to all areas of machine Combining Sabel’s traditional expertise in bottom loading with the advantages of programmable, smooth servo motions, the SE-GEN3 is ideal for packing many products such as: ·\tLidded tubs and deli cups ·\tClamshells ·\tOverwrapped trays ·\tBooks (hard cover and paper back) ·\tPharmaceutical products The SE-GEN3 delivers a complete case packing system including infeed conveyor, case erector, bottom loading packer and case sealer. Sealing with either hot melt glue or tape are available along with wash down packages for wet environments.
