High Speed Stacker For Clam Shells Of Baked Goods

Sabel’s new collation module stacks clamshells of baked goods at speeds up to 120 products per minute. High speeds are attained by forming several case loads simultaneously in a batch style stacker. Full height stacks are then transferred to the case packer for bottom loading into the shipping case.

Servo driven motions provide the gentle handling required to stack the fragile clamshells at high speed without damage. The stacker is designed with the flexibility to run both four and six pack clamshells. Changeover can be done in a few minutes.

The batch stacker is ideal for bakeries running muffins or cupcakes in clamshell containers. Benefits to the customer include gentle handling at high speeds, reliability and flexibility to run several sizes with fast changeover.
