RITE-SIZE MACHINERY has introduced a new cost effective line of fully programmable controlled, short-run corrugated box makers designated the “RS”-Series. Available in 60” and 103” blank width sizes these rugged, easy to operate machines are designed to produce corrugated box blanks for in-house production in quantities of up to 650 per hour. Machines have board capacity of A, B, C flute – Single, Double Wall & Triple Wall corrugated.

From stock corrugated sheet….to finished boxes….when you need them!, the Rite-Size Box Machine can make a complete box blank in one pass; it flap scores, body creases and slots, slits to width, cuts to length, with printing and stacking optional…ready for taping, gluing or stitching the manufacturer’s joint. It also produces boxes from sheets pre-cut to size, fan-fold bales and plastic corrugated. The Rite-Size box maker performs the functions of a slitter-scorer and a rotary-slotter in one operation. It’s two machines in one.

Our new generation “RS” Series Box Machine benefits from advances in hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment technologies, therefore it is easier to operate and maintain, extremely accurate, quieter and energy efficient with increased productivity and even uses less floor space.

Features include: Rugged frame with integral feed table arranged for center-line process, linear traveling powered cut-off head with flap crush, slotting arrangement having a generous variable width & depth range producing 5/16” wide, “die-cut” quality box slots (3/8” width optional) and auto side trim power slitter. We have also engineered self-compensating board thickness adjustments of feed rolls and score heads as well as variable crease depth adjust eliminating the need of manual adjustments.

“RS” machines are equipped with a PLC process control system and comprehensive digital operator interface programmed with advanced “RS”-series software incorporating industry standard folding allowances providing increased versatility, performance and functionality for entering and storing box data. Set-up is quick. Less than 15-seconds for a full dimensional change in size and style, or recall from your master inventory menu.
