High-Speed Rotary Plus Top/Bottom Labeling System (Ideal for the Tobacco Industry)

This unique labeling system applies full wrap labels plus top and bottom labels to smokeless tobacco containers at speeds of 300 products per minute. This system combines two independent labeling systems: (1) a 12-tool rotary base with a high-speed, servo-driven label applicator for full wraparound labeling, and (2) a top/bottom labeling system.

Quadrel's Rotary labeling systems are available in a wide variety of base diameters, accommodating vitually any speed or product requirement. The Rotary may be configured with up to six labeling heads to apply 4 labels to a single product and/or provide zero-downtime redundancy.
