High-Speed Rotary Labeling System Ideal for Wineries and Breweries

This advanced high-speed rotary labeling system applies front/back and neck pressure sensitive labels to beer-style glass bottles at speeds up to 600 products-per-minute. The heavy-duty, large frame, 30-platform rotary base is fitted with three, push/pull servo driven label applicators. This provides thte ultimate in labeling accuracy and around the clock performance.

The system shown includes remote powered unwinds for an uninterrupted label supply and a full compliment of faults. Allen Bradley SIC 504 PLC provides system control. Operator interface is by LCD keypad or touch-screen control. A wide variety of PLC's (including Mitsubishi, Siemens or GE) are also available
