SIMPL-SEAL II UV Sealing Unit Handles Card / Blisters or Clamshell Packages

NEW AT PACK EXPO! The fast operating, modestly priced Simpl-Seal II UV Clamshell + can double as a card and blister continuous non-dwelling sealing machine. Designed to seal PVC, PET, RPET, PLA, the Simpl-Seal II UV Clamshell + complements the newest Simpl-Sealant PET+ Adhesive. A bottom UV lamp directs light upward through the stainless steel mesh belt and a light beam is focused in proper up position closest to the package. Rollers apply downward pressure during the curing mode and the upper canopy includes door openings ranging from 3-8”, allowing for larger packages. Options include fusion power and pinch sidebar holders to squeeze and support difficult clamshell packages at the precise sealing location.
