Pacific Packaging and all of its employees would like to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season. Once again, we thank you for the continued support of our filling equipment.

New Feature

Our latest filling machines, as an option, use a new and improved design to create an automatic and repeatable filling turret bearing pressure from the hub nut.

While the design on older machines requires an operator to adjust a set screw and then manually loosen and tighten the turret bearing hub nut, the new design uses pneumatic controls to set the appropriate tension to seal the filling turret stator and rotor plates. The new design offers the following benefits:

  1. Automates the CIP process by eliminating the need for an operator to loosen the nut before cleaning and tighten the nut after cleaning.
  2. Provides a repeatable turret tension to eliminate misconfiguration.

New Approach: The automatic turret tension design requires two pressure regulators to set the "ON" and "OFF" level tension, a special spacer, inflatable tension ring, and the necessary air lines and electrical controls. Reconditioned Filling Machines


From time-to-time, Pacific offers "like-new" reconditioned filling machines. Unfortunately, we do not have any reconditioned equipment at this time.

We do, however, have a few reconditioned frames. The frames are recondition to like-new condition. The top deck is constructed from 304 stainless steel. The lower frame is steel with multiple coats of Steel-It paint.

If this arrangement is feasible for your new filling machine configuration, we offer a $7,500.00 discount.
