New PatternJet hot melt dispensing guns from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq – NDSN) apply a wide variety of adhesive patterns faster, more accurately and with less material waste. Easy to change replacement components allow for greater application and system compatibility. PatternJet guns can be fitted with contact slot or non-contact swirl and bead nozzles for maximum pattern flexibility. Nordson precision nozzles apply the correct volume of adhesive time after time to reduce adhesive waste and provide cleaner patterns. The integrated module and applicator body and snuff-back actuators support increased line speeds. Boosted solenoids, which are used to achieve even higher response times, are available with the waterwash configuration. The user-friendly, practical design enables faster installation, as well as easier and quicker maintenance, reducing costs and diminishing downtime. Quick-change RTD and heater assemblies and easier nozzle and filter replacement maximize productivity and improve safety.
