DuraBlue adhesive melters from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq – NDSN) deliver enhanced simplicity and performance to specialty and manual packaging operations. The incorporation of new Nordson technology allows optimization of productivity by simplifying installation, operation and routine maintenance. DuraBlue adhesive melters provide an all-electric solution for manual and semi-automatic applications. The melters feature fixed speed AC motors with gerotor gear pumps for easy-to- operate, low-maintenance hot melt adhesive application. The DuraBlue melters are currently available in 4, 10 and 16-liter tank sizes. The Teflon coated tube tank eliminates dead corners and minimizes adhesive char. The large, accessible tank opening provides for easier filling and cleaning. Easy-to-use controls and status-at-a-glance indicators simplify programming and operation. A 7-day clock allows automatic daily startup, standby and shutdown. Installation and set-up are made easy with quick connect hoses and guns. Single-tool, easy-access panels and disposable Saturnâ-style basket filters provide straightforward maintenance.
