Unlike other reduced cavity modules that cannot be disassembled, SureBead moduels allow operators to change the amount of adhesive applied by simply replacing a nozzle. The SureBead nozzle is similar in design to the Nordson Saturn® Series nozzles, with a gray upper ring to indicate a pressed-in seat and color coded lower rings to indicate orifice size. The self-cleaning action of the integrated nozzle-and-needle assembly produces clean patterns and sharp adhesive cut off.

SureBead guns and modules produce high-quality patterns with virtually clog-free operation, even when using "difficult-to-machine" low- and medium-viscosity adhesives. Modules are available in both air-open/air-close (SureBead A) and air-open/spring-close (SureBead S) designs. SureBead S modules offer manual spring adjustment to precisely balance module-to-module adhesive output. SureBead A modules are compatible with the singlee-module SureBead A gun, as well as multi-module Nordson Series H-440 guns. SureBead S modules are compatible with Nordson Series H-200 and H-400 guns. SureBead modules are also compatible with multi-module Nordson WorldGun^TM Series guns.
