New Saturn filter jackets from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq—NDSN) keep filters warm to improve hot melt adhesive dispensing gun performance. The jackets are insulating devices specifically designed for Saturn inline filter assemblies.

Used to insulate unheated areas, Saturn filter jackets help maintain adhesive quality and reduce the instance of cold spots for more reliable filter operation. Insulation promotes more adhesive flow during warm-ups, machine dwell time or product changeovers.

Made with heat insulating, easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant materials, jackets withstand all operating temperatures of typical hot melt adhesive dispensing operations and provide operator safety against incidental contact. The jacket’s unique design allows users to see the patented color-coded rings on Saturn filter elements for easy identification and filter basket replacement.

Saturn filter jacket kits contain a convenient adhesive-backed card with the reorder part number and are shipped two jackets to a package.
