ClassicBlue hot melt dispensing guns and modules from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq – NDSN) improve upon the industry standard Nordson H-200 series guns, delivering reliable and long-life operation, as well as user-friendly design features for faster, safer installation and easier maintenance. ClassicBlue modules feature new EasyOn™ technology, with guided, one-way fit (mated module and gun body surfaces) and a simplified design for safer and easier installation, even for gun bodies located deep within machines. The EasyOn design also offers backward compatibility. ClassicBlue modules fit all existing Nordson gun bodies making it easier for customers to keep one style of Nordson module in stock. All gun modules are fully rebuildable. An inspection port allows visual monitoring of module performance. The easy-to-maintain gun body extrusion makes key components readily accessible for easier and faster maintenance. A side cover keeps out dust and dirt, reducing module replacement costs and downtime. A large diameter heater provides improved watt density distribution, resulting in more even heating and a longer service life. All single, multi-module and special guns are built from a common platform for greater application flexibility and system compatibility. The new Best Choice™ configurator makes determining the right gun body for applications quicker and minimizes the need for specially engineered guns, reducing delivery time.
